Do you have minimum project sizes?
For on-demand web tasks, we start from $100+. For full websites, projects start from $1,000+. Software, automation, and AI are scoped individually. Ongoing IT retainers start at $500/month. We'll send a fixed-price proposal before any work begins.
How do we know the price won't balloon after we start?
Every project starts with a fixed-price proposal that defines exactly what's included and excluded. Scope changes are discussed openly and priced as a separate line item before any additional work begins. You approve every change to the budget in writing.
Can you work with our existing website, or do we need to start from scratch?
Both. We regularly audit, extend, and improve existing websites — including WordPress, Shopify, Webflow, and custom builds. We can also add CRM sync, automations, and AI chat to sites that were never connected to your marketing stack. We'll be honest about when a redesign makes more sense than trying to fix an outdated foundation.
Do you offer payment plans for larger projects?
Yes. Projects are typically structured as 50% upfront and 50% on delivery. For projects over $10,000, we can split into three milestone payments. We're happy to discuss a structure that works for your cash flow.
