Which hosting providers do you work with?
We work with Vercel, AWS, Google Cloud, DigitalOcean, WP Engine, Kinsta, and most major hosting providers. We can manage your current host or migrate you to a better-suited environment.
What's included in the helpdesk?
Email support with guaranteed response times based on your plan. Phone support is available on Growth and Managed tiers. We define exactly what's covered in writing before we start.
What's the minimum commitment?
Month-to-month agreements are available on all tiers. 6- and 12-month commitments come with a discount. There's no penalty for cancelling with 30 days' notice.
Do you manage WordPress sites?
Yes — including core updates, plugin management, security hardening, performance optimization, and helpdesk support for WordPress specifically. It's one of our most common management engagements.
Can you take over an existing hosting setup?
Yes. We audit your current infrastructure, document everything, and take over management with minimal disruption. We can also migrate you to better hosting if your current setup has issues.
